It is our pleasure to send out an invitation to the Eight European GIM Conference, which will take place in Fevik, Grimstad, Norway, from Wednesday 17th until Sunday 21st of September, 2008. The theme for the conference will be: Creativity, Improvisation, Culture.

The location for the conference will be at an attractive citing in the southern part of Norway: Beautiful Strand Hotel, next to the sea close to the city of Grimstad, www.strandhotelfevik.no .

The Norwegian Association of Music Therapy will be assisting in organising the conference.

We are also pleased to announce that there will be a Pre-conference from Monday 15th - Tuesday 16th September with Lisa Summer, and Lars Ole Bonde as a co-presenter, with the theme: Focusing on the music in in GIM.

So prepare, if you please, for a September stay in Norway, 2008, for a Nordic flavour, and for exiting new perspectives, developments and sharings within the GIM community!

A call for papers will be sent out with February 15. 2008 as a deadline.
Registration for the conference will be set up through this web site.
Watch out for the early bird fee.
